MACEDONIAVMRO-DPMNE urges Zaev, Spasovski to resign, stop throwing blame on someone elsePublished 17 hours agoon November 15, 2018By Makfax
The opposition VMRO-DPMNE party blames PM Zoran Zaev and his government of fabricating public statements in a bid to hush up their incapability.
“The president of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski neither knew nor took part in certain collusion to help Nikola Gruevski escape from Macedonia. Instead of seeking excuses, it is high time that Nikola Gruevski and interior minister Spasovski set down. The two are to be blamed for poor rule of law and non-functioning institutions in Macedonia,” VMRO-DPMNE says in a press release.
The party disapproves of Gruevski’s escape, saying it is not an option even if “everyone knows about the ongoing political persecution”.
“By throwing the blame on someone else, Gruevski and Spasovski do not aid Macedonia and the rule of law. The two should step down immediately,” the opposition party said.
